  • Since the airline’s LAX to NYC route launch in 2008, C3 has been tapped to support Virgin America’s PR + Brand event team leads to produce the arrival airport and evening events of most of the major inaugural launch events for the growing airline
  • Virgin America’s events team puts together multiple media events in one day for each First Flight Activation including those C3 works with the airline to produce:
    1. Wheels Down party and press conference on the tarmac or gate in the destination city
    2. Intimate cocktail party with investors and corporate contacts mingling with Sir Richard Branson
    3. Large-scale influencer event featuring celebrities, DJs and rock stars
  • Work successfully with airport authorities, airline security, airport police and fire departments and other high-level security departments to develop a security plan to safely host events on active tarmacs, airport gates and other high-security locations
  • Work with Virgin America’s PR + Brand event teams to develop event design in order to maximize opportunities for event visuals, including celebrities and local dignitaries, Virgin America aircraft and on-theme, customized branded elements
  • Work with Virgin America team to incorporate bespoke elements designed to boost social media content and media coverage:
    • Celebrity photo ops, step and repeats, digital photo booths
    • Location-themed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres
  • Collaborate efficiently with brand agencies and event partners
  • Location scouting with Virgin America’s events team
  • Influencer marketing and guest list generation
  • Implemented eco-friendly paperless guest check in system
